Ruta del Pisco y del Vino Peruano 2 días / 1 noche
Day 1: Lima / Ica SEarly departure from Lima to the south of the country, the land of grapes. Here we will visit some of the most important Peruvian vineyards and cellars, tradition since 1615... Visit of the Tabernero cellar, founded in 1897. Nowadays Tabernero counts with more than 250 cultivated hectares. With new technologies they have managed the process of elaboration to assure quality. Taste. We will continue to Ica, passing by Puerto Pisco and the Paracas bay.
Lunch in Huacachina Lagoon.
In the afternoon we will visit Tacama Vineyard… they have 180 hectares of plantations and marked the beginnings of wine in South America. From here the culture of wine was taken to Chile and then to Argentina, as the Spanish conquerors settled on these countries as well. Taste. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.
Dinner not included. Overnight.
Day 2: Ica / Lima Breakfast Departure to visit the Vista Alegre cellar one of the first vineyards in Peru. A Colonial style house with an ancient grape press made of Word. Taste. Continue to the Ocucaje cellar. If possible visit of an artisan alembic. Taste and Lunch in Ocucaje Hacienda. Return to Lima after lunch (4h30 of route).
